In an exclusive interview with Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM 90.3MHz in Cape Coast, TeePhlow who was speaking from Connecticut in the USA said his album was initially 30 songs and it took almost one year to record them.
“I would say that it took me almost one year to put the entire Phlowducation II album together. It was initially 30 songs but the team said we should reduce the number,” he revealed on Kastle Drive.
TeePhlow revealed that he was told by his team to reduce the initial 30songs he planned to release on his album because it would be difficult for people to decode and understand some of the puns, metaphors, wordplays and the lyrical dexterity intertwined with soothing fante rap punchlines.
He added “They said it would be difficult for people to decode the 30 songs so we divided the songs to make it 15 songs. Even with that we still had to reduce it to 12 songs so the rest of the songs are there which we would be dropping them going forward on monthly basis.”
TeePhlow’s Phlowducation II album talks about his life story and his journey about his music career. After winning awards with singles, his album is finally ready for consumption by discerning music lovers and his fans across the globe.
