I was happy to perform at former President Mahama’s 30th wedding anniversary ceremony – Piesie Esther

The Former President, John Dramani Mahama and his wife Lordina Mahama recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary and invited Piesie Esther to perform at the occasion.

The popular gospel musician, Piesie Esther has shared her joy and excitement of been invited to share in the special moments of the former first couple through her spirit-filled music.

“I was very happy and I gave thanks to God when I heard that former president Mahama has invited me to perform at his 30th wedding anniversary ceremony,” she revealed.

Talking to Amansan Krakye in an exclusive interview on the Kastle Drive Show, the ‘Way3 Me Yie’ crooner said she never imagined that one day she would get such an amazing opportunity.

She said “Because a child from poor background like me and today I have been able to get to this far for me to be invited by the former president and it made me really happy and showed gratitude to God.

“This is because I never imagined that one day I will get to this point and as for the excitement, you can imagine so I was extremely excited to have been chosen to perform for them,” Piesie Esther told the host.
