This spectacular event brings together food enthusiasts, chefs, and culture lovers to celebrate the rich tapestry of Ghanaian cuisine.
The fifth edition brought life to Cape Coast as about more than Two thousand Cape Coasters and beyond gathered to eat, have fun and make new friends and also build business connections and networks.

The 2025 Asankamu Food festival which was hosted at the forecourt of Robert Mensah Sport stadium brought together people from the political circles, traditional leaders and people from all walks of lives as a give back from the CEO of FEDKASTLE Multimedia to its cherished listeners of Kastle 90.3 FM.
The day was marked by number activities including, Ludo, Draft, dancing competition, eating competition among others.
Lovers of music were not also left out of the peogram of which they enjoyed music from some of the finest artistes in Ghana like Abura Dunkwa super star KinsPac, the Cape Town mafia Okotor Perry and the main artiste of the day, the sensational Samini.
The event which promised to be the best program received applauds from listeners of kastle Fm for being the best and ultimate radio station in Cape Coast to have brought joy into the faces of its broad cherished listeners by initiating such festival to honor our farmers for their hard work throughout the year and also promoting the Ghanaian indigenous food to the rest of the world.

Gracing the occasion was the MCE of Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly, Hon. George Justice Arthur who also lauded Kastle Fm for running the program continuously for Five years, noting that, it another way of projecting Cape Coast’s rich Culture and promoting the various tourist sites to the rest of the world.
The MCE further mentioned that, the Asankamu food festival has the potential of attracting investors to also invest into different areas of tourism potentials in Cape Coast and the region at large.
