Mark Okraku-Mantey picks up nomination form to contest the Ayensuano Parliamentary primary

The government official picked up his nomination form on Friday, July 15, 2023, at the party office in the constituency in the company of some party executives.
While addressing residents who had gathered to rally support for him, the astute businessman revealed that his goal is “to transform the community and empower my people.
He promised to attract businesses to the area and improve the livelihood of residents.
Hon. Okraku-Mantey will come up against former MP of the area, Hon. Samuel Ayeh-Paye, for the parliamentary primary if both successfully file and are approved by the party.
The New Democratic Congress (NDC) clinched the seat from the ruling party in the 2020 elections after Hon. Teddy Nana Yaw Addi beat Hon. Samuel Ayeh-Paye.
All eyes will be on Ayensuano to see if Hon. Okraku-Mantey’s inclusion will help win the seat back for the governing party.
