I want to be remembered for doing a unique song for father’s day celebration – Amerado

‘Me Ho Y3’ banger maker, Derrick Sarfo Kantanka aka Amerado has disclosed that he released his new song titled ‘Daddy’ to celebrate outstanding fathers across the globe.

“So it’s father’s day and I have observed keenly that we don’t really have any outstanding song to celebrate fathers in this country,” he said on Kastle FM in Cape Coast.

Amerado told Amansan Krakye that “When it’s mother’s day we have a lot of good songs to celebrate them so I thought it wise that men in Ghana and the world over also deserve the best of father’s day songs”.

In an interview on the Kastle Entertainment Show, Amerado said that he purposely released a song for father’s day celebration because he wants to be remembered for doing so to celebrate fatherhood.

He ended “The fathers are those who work hard for the kids and the mothers to get their daily needs so I have to do a song that in future we can say that Amerado was the first person to do a song for the daddies in the world”.
