“You know as an artiste it’s not about rushing to drop let’s say 10, 5 or 20 songs. For DopeNation sometimes a whole year and we drop only one song,” DopeNation told Amansan Krakye.

“And with that one song in a year we can win close to about 6 or 7 awards. It depends on how you market yourself as an artiste and where you will actually put the songs,” they revealed.

Citing ‘Panda’ hitmaker known as Designer for example, DopeNation said there are artistes who don’t release so many songs in a year but with just one hit song they can feed their entire generation.

“There are people who have blown outside country like the artiste who did panda designer it’s just one song,” DopeNation said on the Kastle Entertainment Show.

“He’ll not even do songs again but with just one song he’ll feed his family, trying to open labels for other artistes with just one hit song,” they disclosed on Kastle FM in Cape Coast.

They told the host “Why is it that I’m here and I have to drop 20 songs like let’s think about these things because it will help us to create employment for other people”.
