Technology has made doing music quite simple as compared to the past – Diana Hopeson
Celebrated Gospel musician, Diana Hopeson has told Amansan Krakye in an interview that technology has made doing music quite simple these days.
“Music in general, technology has changed a lot because in the past you have to carry all the instruments to the studio,” she said.
She added on Kastle FM in Cape Coast “You’d have to take your time to lay the tracks one by one and take your time to sing all the songs till everything is done”.
Diana Hopeson’s contributions to the Ghanaian Art industry won her a National Honors Award, which was presented to her by former president John Agyekum Kufuor in 2007.
She continued “But nowadays due to advancement you can even sing on a phone and forward it to your sound engineer.
“Or your engineer can do the beat production for you to sing along so it’s made things quite different these days,” she concluded.
