I want to make a living out of my music career just like other professionals – Black Sherif
Talented Ghanaian artiste, Mohammed Ismail Sherif known in showbiz as Black Sherif has revealed in an interview with Amansan Krakye that he wants to make a living out of music just like in other professions.
He said on Kastle FM “First music was my plan B but now it’s my plan A that’s what I live off so I don’t just do it like an ordinary link up.
“I want to make a living out of music just like someone who is a Doctor does through the work they do so for me doing music it’s like being in my office,” he continued.
The 19year-old musician who is about to drop his maiden album said on the Kastle Entertainment Show that he’s not just yearning for fame but to make a living out of music like Doctors and Lawyers do in other professions.
He added “Before I came into the music scene I sat at the back bench to learn somethings like five months before I started actively.
“So even when I started doing my freestyles I had a lot of record label deals once I haven’t even released a song yet though I was doing freestyles on Instagram,” he told the host.
He concluded “I got a lot of record labels who wanted to sign me but we ought to be vigilant because I want to make a living out of music not just the fame that I yearn for”.
