Head coach of Hasaacas ladies, Yusif Basigi has assured Ghanaians of his side’s readiness for the upcoming CAF Women’s champions league to be staged in Egypt next month.
“We have a fair idea about our opponents. They are all doing great in their preparations. They have augmented their squad but we are also well prepared.” he told Kastle FM.
Coach Yusif Basigi and his ladies have been drawn in group A alongside Wadi Degla of Egypt, AS Mandi of Mali, and Malabo Kings FC of Equatorial Guinea, and Coach Yusif Basigi says his team is going to make Ghanaians very proud.
“We are going to represent Ghana so we can’t afford to let Ghana our intention is to raise the image of Ghana very high and make Ghanaians very proud”.
Hasaacas Ladies were crowned champions of the CAF Women’s champions league WAFU Zone B qualifying tournament in Cote D’Ivoire by defeating Rivers Angels in the final.
