‘Osey’ hitmaker, Nero X has finally revealed his reasons for featuring multiple award nominee and Kumasi-based rapper, Kweku Darlington on his song titled ‘Shame’.
“I’ve worked with a lot of rappers and I think that Kweku Darlington is one of the talents that I saw during his days at TV3 Mentor,” he told Amansan Krakye.
He remarked, “I’ve been to 2 reality shows so I know what it takes to be on a bigger stage like such competitions so knowing what he can do, I felt he can fit in”.
In an exclusive interview on the Kastle Entertainment Show, Nero X said after sending his song to Kweku Darlington for a collabo, it took him only some few hours to put his verse on it.
“Even though other rappers would have also done marvelous on it but then this one I wanted him to also do his best on it and the day I sent him the song he did his verse that same day,” he added on Cape Coast’s Kastle FM.
“So I would say that he’s a talent that I respect a lot and he also respects me, we had that kind of mutual understanding and so there was no dull moment on his rap and his flow was impeccable,” he responded.
