These days I survive on performing at birthday parties and naming ceremonies – Wutah Kobby

Singer, songwriter and entrepreneur, Daniel Morris Nyarkoh well-known as Wutah Kobby has told Amansan Krakye that he now survives on performing at birthday parties due to lack of shows.

“Amazingly for some people like us, I don’t know about some other artiste but I have been very lucky with one or two things I’m able to do even with a small crowd,” he remarked.

He revealed “Like people call me for personal birthday parties and if you are constant on my social media handles you’d see me post about some birthday parties.

“Playing with my acoustic guitar and singing happy birthday and one or two stuffs so basically that’s how I make ends meet,” he explained.

In an interview on the Kastle Entertainment Show via Kastle FM in Cape Coast, Wutah Kobby said times are hard but advised his colleagues to save some money against unforseen circumstances.

He continued “But aside that it’s been really tough on the industry but as humans you’d have to save money against unforseen circumstances”.
