Should teachers use the laptops to watch ‘pono’ or what? – A Plus asks and Hammer responds

Controversial social cum political activist, A Plus has questioned government for distributing laptops to teachers when children don’t have textbooks in public schools.

According to the ‘Agye Gon’ hitmaker, the teachers who have been given the laptops might end up using it to watch pornographic movies since most schools lack basic amenities.

He wrote on Facebook “Children don’t have textbooks but you are giving teachers laptops. To watch pon○ or what? 🙄🙄🙄🙄”.

However, legendary music producer, Hammer of the Last 2 disagreed with A Plus, indicating that if children were catered for, A Plus will still have something else to say.

Da Hammer responded “Eih massa Akoti!!! I’m pretty sure if children were being given text books you’d say teachers aren’t even well equipped with laptops sef… 😂😂😂”.

The Government has launched One Teacher, One Laptop Project through which all teachers are expected to receive one laptop each to facilitate their work as teachers.

Many have shown massive resentment towards this initiative citing the lack of essentials for effective teaching and learning in most public basic schools including dilapidated structures.
